Delete your account

• Open the KolatBooks app and sign in.
• Go to the More tab and tap Delete account.
• Enter your password to confirm.

If you no longer have the app, contact us from the phone number or email on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you, then delete the account as described below.

Business owners: deleting your account deletes the whole business: its sales, expenses, invoices, customers, stock, suppliers, reports, landing page, uploaded photos, and every team member's login. The business is locked straight away and erased for good 30 days later. Signing in during those 30 days cancels the deletion.

Team members: your login, name and phone number are removed straight away. The records you entered stay with the business, because they belong to it.

We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it, such as records of subscription payments. See our Privacy Policy.
